Overview of our Refund and Returns Policy

At Top Deal Insights, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable content (e.g., software, eBooks, 3D models, PDFs, documents, etc.)
  • Certain health and personal care items

Return Process

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return the item to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a set number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before refunds are reflected.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at support@topdealinsights.com, and we will provide you with the return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned item is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Third-Party Products and Services

When purchasing products or services through third-party websites via our platform, please note the following:

  • No Direct Responsibility: We act solely as a referral or affiliate partner and do not manage returns, refunds, or exchanges for third-party products or services. The return policy of the respective vendor will apply.
  • Vendor Policy Compliance: We advise you to review the third-party return policy before making a purchase. Any disputes related to refunds, exchanges, or cancellations must be resolved with the vendor.
  • Contacting the Seller: If you wish to return a product or request a refund, please contact the third-party seller directly using the support details provided on their website. We recommend retaining transaction records and confirmation emails.
  • No Liability for Third-Party Actions: We do not guarantee the quality, delivery timelines, or service fulfillment by third-party vendors. Concerns regarding defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory products should be addressed directly with the seller.
